Six standing tickets live on the van door. Each one carries the same promise: arrive with the parts,
work clean, and leave the property better than we found it. These are the visits we run most often
for homes, small offices and rental units across Davis County.
H
Handyman Visits
A general punch list visit for the odd jobs that never justify a specialist. We hang shelving and
mirrors, tighten cabinet hardware, reseal a failing caulk line, replace a worn weatherstrip and
adjust a sticking window. You hand us the list and we work top to bottom, grouping tasks by room so
the house is only disturbed once.

D
Door and Lock Service
Sticking doors, sagging hinges, loose strike plates and locks that no longer turn smoothly. We
rehang the leaf, reset the gap, lubricate and re-key where needed, and test the latch from both
sides before we sign off. Entry doors get the most attention because they carry the most wear.

W
Drywall Patching
Dents, doorknob holes, anchor pulls and small water marks get patched, feathered and primed so the
repair disappears under paint. We match texture where the wall has it, and we tell you honestly when
a patch is large enough to call for a full repaint of the wall rather than a spot touch up.
Review the drywall patching details.
F
Fixture Swaps
Faucets, shower heads, vanity lights, ceiling fans, outlet covers and simple switches swapped out
for new hardware on the same supply and drain layout. We shut off what needs shutting off, protect
the surfaces below, and take the old fixture away with us unless you want to keep it.

G
Gutter Clearing
Seasonal debris pulled from gutters and downspouts, with a flow test at the end so you can see the
water running clear to the ground. We flush the downspouts, note any loose hangers or separated
seams, and bag what we remove rather than pushing it into the beds below.
See the gutter clearing routine.
S
Seasonal Checkups
A walk of the property before summer heat or winter cold arrives. We check seals, drains, exterior
fasteners, hose bibs, vents and the small things that fail quietly. You receive a short written
list of what looked fine and what we recommend watching over the coming months.
